Rental Policies

Reservations:

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. This credit card will not be billed until the week of the event or if the reservation is cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy described below.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation fee will be charged if orders are cancelled or reduced at 2 weeks prior to the customer pickup date or delivery date. Orders cancelled 8-14 days prior to the rental date will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total rental fee. Orders cancelled 1-7 days prior to the rental date will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total rental fee. 

Delivery Area & Fee:

Santa Rosa Party Rentals delivers to many locations within Northern California. Delivery charges are dependant upon location. Please contact our office for details and estimate.

Setup Fee:

An additional fee will be charged if Santa Rosa Party Rental personnel are required to set-up or take down tables and/or chairs.

Tables $6.00 per table
Chairs $0.60 per chair
Umbrellas $5.00 per umbrella

Set-Up Fees for the following are include in the price:

  • Dance Floor
  • Stage
  • Canopies

Return Conditions:

Please rinse catering items. (plates, glasses, serving, etc. No need to wash) A cleaning fee will be added to the order if items are not returned in the required conditions.
